libheimbase1-heimdal software package provides Heimdal Kerberos - Base library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libheimbase1-heimdal
libheimbase1-heimdal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libheimbase1-heimdal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libheimbase1-heimdal *
You will get with libheimbase1-heimdal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
